Twentech Festival

Kids, heights and early mornings, perfect!

Do you want to participate in a four day festival close to your hometown and get paid for it? Yes I do!
For four days I helped out at the Twentech Festival, setting up, running the VR games, closing down and repeat.

Most of my time I spent at the VR height game. Because the festival was aimed at children and young teens it was important two Dutch persons ran it. Together with others I helped them battle their fear of heights. In the game the kids step into an elevator, push the button and go up to the 4th floor. The lift opens and you see a plank that hangs over the edge. Stand on it… and jump off!

Each of those days we woke early and it was so worth it. Everyone had so much fun and it was a great success.
